I keep trying to be seen for therapy, or to get a diagnosis. All they ever do is prescribe me another brain pill that does nothing but gives me hemroids.
Mental health in the US is completely fucked, efforts aren’t made, unless it’s for a pill they can sell you.
I keep looking for some neurologists to switch anti-seizure medications (valproic-acid is a garbage medication - no, 10+ hours of sleep due to medication side effects is not “healthmaxxing”), but most here in Hungary are only interested in people paying them for chronic numbness and similar stuff.
