Y’all need to go to the gym or otherwise train your backs. I’ve been going for about three months (1-2 times a week) and the back pains are gone. Am 34, software engineer, and still a little overweight, so you can do it too!
It’s a complete mott and bailey. Obviously 95% of people can avoid back issues by just working out a few times a week. But when you point that out you apparently just happen to be speaking to the one person who has severe scoliosis and it’s implied that that’s who all of the people complaining about bad backs are dealing with.
It’s an identical situation when you talk to people who complain about sleep or diet issues.
The victim role is much easier to accept than responsibility. Speaking from experience 🫠
If you only eat “volume foods” you’ll probably start to lose the weight too.
How do you eat noise? Is it one of those LA fad diets?
Visit a place thar has sizzling steaks on the menu.
Don’t even need to order, just grab little nibbles of sizzle when the waiter goes by. Not unlike the wily sea sponge.
