    (It’s an xray of someone getting done doggy style - the ribs extend above her head and the hips are either from another person or have erupted out of her flesh and are going for a walk on their own. Might be AI or photoshop, might be Xray techs screwing around, but I can’t tell from such a small image)

    No idea if the X-ray is fake or not, nor am I doctor. Corset/restrictive garment use if there’s an actual problem maybe?

          It’s two people fuckin’. Edit: Nope, it’s just a retouched image. Teach me to comment before I’m awake…

          The distinct skeleton you can see in the foreground is presumably from a standing male (you can see what looks like an end-on angle of the shaft at the base) - most of the soft tissue is from presumably a female (from the overly distinct labia that’s visible) bent over in front of them.

      A diagnosis is impossible to make from this screenshot of a screenshot of a poor image and trying to read that on a phone.

      So I think the question may be more technical than diagnostic.

      The question that’s asked is “can you tell if there’s a problem with this abdominal scan?”

      Which your could read as: “_can you tell if there’s a [problem with this abdominal scan]?” rather than “can you tell if there’s a problem, with this abdominal scan?”

      Now the body shape is unusual, so it may be AGI, but if it’s real the answer would be underexposure and poor collimation at both the top and bottom of the image on a young woman, unnecessarily exposing breast and other tissue to radiation on an X-ray that’s supposed to look for issues in the abdomenm and getting a non-diagnostic X-ray at that.
