      I think they’re just a bit late with that first stage, the hard bit isn’t once you’re about to go in the shower, it’s stopping whatever you’re doing or getting off the couch/bed that’s the hard part.

        I take my showers before bed. Much nicer to get into bed clean. And you’re cleaning off the gunk of the day and not rolling around in it during the night. Easier to fall asleep after a hot shower or a hot bath. Oh yeah.

          Yeah I love that feeling too and indulge it now and then but unfortunately there’s no way I can get my hair any kind of decent for the day unless I fully wet/wash them so I have to mostly stick with morning showers because fuck washing just my head and two showers a day is wasteful :(

      Agreed. If I could shower for 15 hours per day without dying, I’d be pushing for 15.1 hours. Heated pools are my favorite places. Not sure how people can dislike showers, aside from being exasperated at the time sink.

        For me there’s also a bit of an environmental concern, heating water takes a lot of energy and water is starting to get scarce here in summer, even without data centers around.
