There’s an high likelihood that the cat doesn’t care or is as scared as Mimi https://www.pixiv.net/en/artworks/149477180
My cat finds them for me, but leaves it up to me to do the dirty work
Relatable.
My cat just meows at bugs until I come see mostly.
He will assault lizards unfortunately(I had one somehow get inside, I tried to save him but it was too late).
He also decided to assault a spider after he realized I was comfortable with it.
One of our cats, Kimchi, once ran out the door and before I could close it, ran in with a lizard. world’s fastest hunt. Like before I realized she was out and yelled for her to get back in (inside cat).
And once, before the era of cell phones, I saw a lizard wrestle a palmetto bug. Equal in size, it was crazy, like a monster movie.
Poor lizard. I hope you managed to free it from Kimchi!
This was me last night after finding a few camel crickets in my house. Then I went on a rampage in the basement. I’ve tried everything to keep them out.
Thankfully my cats are great helpers but can get a little distracted lol
Not the cat, but I trained the dog to stomp grasshoppers.
I have held my cat up in the air as a flyswatter before. It kinda works.
Our cat loves to kill mosquitoes and such. Understandably he doesn’t like to play with stink bugs much, but I’m still stuck in the conundrum that he wants to attack wasps. If one gets in I don’t want him to get stung, but also him getting stung would probably be what would defer him going after wasps, or he may never be stung, but it always ends with me trying to capture or kill the wasp and fighting to keep the cat at a safe distance with my leg, arm and anything else I can use.
It’s only Gregor, chill.
My cat had a spider fren for a little while that she refused to kill and eat like any other bug in the house. His name was Gerard.
Kitty meets Gregor Samsa
Me with my dog. She also doesn’t care. She only hunts flies.
