I’m out of the loop. What’s happening?
The left image refers to a pun joking about astrology (“Mercury retrograde” -> “Mercury in Gatorade”).
The right one refers to how basically the food (and related) supply in the U.S. is poisoned, and everyday the news is basically someone spinning two wheels, one with the name of a food, and another one with the name of a disease.
Though it has to do with undeclared dye, it’s not uncommon for US foods to have more serious contaminants
