Companies need to start getting punished for fraudulent takedown notices.

I’m wondering if a false DMCA notice is a form of slander/libel?
It could be considered a lot of things if there were lawyers willing to test out new legal theories to stop them, however as far as I am aware, nobody has really tried.
Did they send one to Clorox also?
