I’ve been posting things that Ethan Klein (host of the H3H3 Podcast) has said and done into the H3H3 Podcast community and the mod decided that relevant content wasn’t good enough to participate.
I’ll take my community ban and won’t fight it, but it’s the very definition of petty mod behavior.

If what I’m posting is the truth, why is it such a problem to post it here? Doesn’t Ethan stand by what he says and does?
I wouldn’t have created my own community and put as much of Klein’s controversies here if the mod had allowed for discussion about the H3H3 podcast in the H3H3 podcast community.
I mean not to call you out for being obtuse, but you’re being obtuse. You posted something about an h3 controversy, the mod pretty politely told you they didn’t want it in that community, so you created a more appropriate community for what you wanted to post.
Again that’s how it seems like it works, no matter how much you want to lean on “it’s an h3 forum and this is h3 news," That’s a silly, kinda childish take. It ignores all the previous context.
But good on you for creating a snark community, I will be blocking both communities if I see them, because I’m not chronically online enough to be part of any streamer community.
I posted what Ethan Klein, the host of the H3H3 podcast, posted on his Instagram. It was the same post that was posted in the main H3H3 podcast subreddit. It is relevant regardless of my personal opinions about it.
If Ethan Klein doesn’t want people discussing his opinions on his podcast, then he shouldn’t put them out in public.
Again, this mod disallowing discussion about the H3H3 podcast is what has spurred me to make sure everyone on Lemmy sees what a piece of shit Ethan is rather than just fostering discussion about it.

Listen, this is very much turning into a “can I see you manager, there’s no sign saying I can’t smoke here” from you.
But that’s ok, cause you have your own store now where you are the manager and you can say anything you want about h3.
Edit: I also feel like I should point out, you aren’t in an argument with Ethan Kline, you are wanting to post something to a Lemmy fan discussion page they don’t want, and you are dealing with the mod of the community.
Assigning any of that righteous h3 to them is like parasocial and weird in the same way being obsessive about a celebrity is. I’m getting uncomfortable with the vitriol and anger at Ethan Kline you are assigning to a mod on Lemmy. I get being mad at h3, but like take a step back here.
