3·2 days agoIf you smoke, quitting is the number one thing you can do to improve your physical and mental health. In the US you can call 1-800-QUIT-NOW or visit Lung.org for free evidence-based resources to help with quitting.
Action precedes motivation. If you wait to be motivated, actions won’t happen. Even if it’s starting small like brushing your teeth, or any act of self care or hygiene that makes you feel better physically
