You don’t usually buy chocolate to get your protein dose though. Per kilo, dark chocolate is half the impact of beef. And a serving of chocolate is not the same mass as a serving of meat.
Weird that Soy isn’t on the list, unless it’s so low it isn’t even on the same scale?
Turns out you can choose what’s on the chart. Soy isn’t there, but there’s a Soy Milk and Other Vegetables category.
