Basically no one looks like people on the internet in real life, not even that hot young couple, or that beautiful woman with huge fake boobs, or that fit dude, they all looks like real, flawed, human beings naked. Honestly I think the fact nudity has been so deeply sexualized and made taboo is why so much of the beauty industry thrives the way it does, being prudish and chasing a literally impossible ideal gets people to spend an awful lot of money. In reality very few people are actually ugly, almost everyone, including hot people, are normal looking.
People are laughing but yeah, chasing what insta tells you is attractive is a fools errand. A flawed but still loveable person will do unspeakable things to you while being over the moon about how hot you are.
